Bluewater Bistro offers Regional American Cuisine, from fresh seafood, steaks, pasta, pizza and burgers. We are a place to come relax and enjoy life for a bit. A place to close that business deal, or a place to meet friends before that big event.
Our large dining area seats 180 guests. It is divided by an interior court created by stylish circular walls that are open at the top, and a cozy bar at the entrance.
We have tables that offer a sense of privacy and intimacy, and others that are open and airy allowing our guests to check out the action.
We offer wood-accented booths for private conversations, tables for larger groups, and nooks with quiet tables for two. With the soothing light woods, gently patterned gray carpeting, fresco'd blue and tan walls, and ornate cast iron railings and fixtures illuminated by soft, indirect lighting, you'll know that every aspect of your dining experience was designed for enjoyment.
Our large foyer has an airy feel, thanks to a high ceiling and an open bar to the left of the entrance. Come as you are, or dress up as classy as you like. You will be welcome and comfortable at Bluewater Bistro.
The Bistro bar is separate from the Dining area. Pull your stool up to our ornate bar and enjoy specialty drinks, dessert, and lively conversation.
